Takoma Bicycle has moved to 7216 Carroll Ave. in Takoma Park (formerly Kinetic Artistry), according to an announcement from Main Street Takoma.
Located just a short bike ride away from the original shop, the new location offers more space and easier access. Owner Bruce Sawtelle will continue to offer a wide selection of bicycles, including road, mountain, hybrid, cruiser, folding, and kids, as well as clothing, parts, and accessories.
Takoma Bicycle caters to entry-level, recreational, and commuter cyclists. The shop emphasizes bike repairs and provides the accessories average cyclists need to stay safe. The mechanics at Takoma Bicycle have raced mountain, road, and cyclocross bicycles, and they can also accommodate the needs of bike enthusiasts and racers.
The new location opened on November 1.
