Vegaritos Restaurant, a vegan/vegetarian Mexican restaurant located near the Takoma Metro Station, is for sale, according to an announcement on the Main Street Takoma Facebook page.
The restaurant, a sister operation to Everlasting Life Vegan Restaurant in Capitol Heights, opened three years ago featuring vegan and vegetarian burritos and bowls, and offers delivery services through third parties such as Grubhub, Uber Eats, and Bitesquad.
A post on Craiglist shows the asking price of the restaurant, located at 6904 4th St. NW at Cedar St., is $60,000.
The price includes all the kitchen, counters, fixtures and furniture for the 12-seat restaurant, and it currently decorated with artwork (most of which is for sale) from a family of local artists.
The lease, according to the listing, is $1,500 per month. About four years remain on the lease, which includes an option for another five years.
